Vintage black pinstripe pants on elastic by BettyR. Size 16 on tag, also fits 14. Pinstripes are lurex thread, nice stretchy fabric. Composition: 91% cotton, 3% rayon, 3% polyester, 3% spandex. Made in New Zealand.
